In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and generalist HR support to our portfolio of businesses, including employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and HR policies and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships with Stakeholders
- Provide HR Advice and Support to Business Leaders
- Oversee and Manage HR Initiatives and Strategies
- Partner with the HR Team to Develop and Implement HR Programs
