Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and solution-focused approach
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent management
  • Oversee and manage HR initiatives and projects, including policy development, training programs, and employee engagement activities
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide advice and support on these matters
