About Us

Queensland X-Ray is one of the largest and longest-standing radiology businesses in Queensland. Our success can be attributed to our unwavering commitment of providing customers with the highest level of care, by the most experienced professionals.

About the role
  
The Referrer Help Desk team provide outstanding service and a high level of care to our referrers, patients and doctors.
The role is predominantly phone based, and our staff are well trained to provide technical support across a number of internal platforms. 
We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide, building enduring and long lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
