The IT Help Desk role demands high-level technical expertise, support for in-house software, and guidance on hardware issues and software development to enhance client service delivery outcomes.

We’re expanding our footprint into QLD and this role represents an opportunity to be our resident ‘go to’ in a small Brisbane office with training, support and leadership provided from Perth.

McMullen Nolan Group (MNG), was formed in 1989 to provide alternative survey services in the land development industry. Since the company's inception MNG has been dedicated to providing personalised and innovative spatial solutions to both the Land Development and Engineering & Infrastructure sectors across Australia.
Today, our core business focus upon the provision of survey services to larger scale greenfields subdivision clients who have a dominant share of the Land Development market. Combined with our award-winning laser scanning technologies, primarily focused upon the Engineering and Infrastructure market, MNG is one of the pre-eminent survey businesses in Australia.

**What you bring to the table**

In this role, you will provide exceptional IT services to our internal clients, leveraging your high-level technical expertise. You will develop and support in-house software, offer guidance on hardware issues, and contribute to software development strategies to enhance service delivery.

Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to and diagnosing IT issues, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and problem escalation, ensuring effective and timely resolution of user problems and queries.

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering high-quality customer service and resolving complex technical system and network issues.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**You will also have**
- A Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline;
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar IT support role and service experience;
- Sound knowledge or an ability to acquire knowledge of the following: Microsoft Windows Server, PowerShell, Internetworking, Security, AD/Domains, Exchange Online, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, VPN, VOIP, and the implementation, administration and support of such systems.
