As a key player in the revenue team, you’ll handle essential financial administration tasks with precision and care. From managing billing systems to working with patients, health funds, and Medicare, your efforts will ensure accurate revenue generation and compliance with all relevant policies and legislation.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversee a variety of revenue and financial administration tasks using multiple software and billing platforms.
  • Maintain and update patient information and billing records to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with patients, Medicare, health funds, and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues and facilitate revenue generation.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing practices and procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks while upholding organizational values.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Experience using billing systems, analysing data, and reporting findings.
  • Strong understanding of policies and legislation related to billing in an accounts or revenue environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create reports and documents for diverse audiences.
  • Superb problem-solving and organisational skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism, particularly regarding confidentiality and privacy.
  • Previous Government experience is desirable.

MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
