**What **you’ll** do**:
- Manage revenue as per the revenue calendar, ensuring revenue is issued on time, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Manage receipting and transaction allocation activities to WaterNSW customers
- Assist with revenue assurance projects to ensure mínimal revenue leakage whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism and upholding relationships with key areas of WaterNSW
- Manage complex customer billing, credit enquiries and complaints referred from the Helpdesk
- Ensure timely resolution of systemic issues, thinking outside of the square and with a Continuous Improvement mindset
**What we are looking for**:
- Tertiary qualification in finance or accounting or equivalent experience in a similar role (e.g. Billings, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Finance Administration)
- Proven ability to meet conflicting deadlines and work in a high-volume work environment
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service
- Detailed understanding of Continuous Improvement tools and processes.
- Good communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
