**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to engagements
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Identify and grow opportunities within each client and collaborate with sales teams to services and products to equip client success
- Act as primary services resource for each engagement assigned working with PMO and Account Management as needed
- Encourage the use of company resources to provide consistent delivery and methodology

**Experience**
- 2+ years of industry or other relevant experience
- Microvellum software experience is a must - REQUIRED
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Deep working knowledge of Microvellum products and services
- Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand and work more than 40 hours in some weeks
- Proven ability to service multiple concurrent projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
