**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Work collaboratively with a team of information technology professionals and participate in the analysis, design, build and delivery of information technology systems and services for the provision of effective Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions.
- Analyse and provide solutions to complex technical problems to ensure ICT performance outcomes meets service level requirements.

**Role Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Degree level qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly regarded.

**Technical/ Operational/ Educational Skills and Experience**:

- Understanding of or exposure to ITIL Foundations
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or Windows (or equivalent certification) is highly desirable
- A minimum of 3 years technical experience, including customer support exposure, in an ICT services environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy in ICT environments
- Experience in using and administering Microsoft SCCM for centralised management of desktop fleets
- Experience in building desktop, mobility and audio-visual solutions
- Experience in development of SOE or MOE for current version(s) of Microsoft Windows using WDS or SCCM
- Experience in using Mobile Device Management and supporting smartphone and wireless mobile devices
- Experience supporting VMWare View/Horizon virtual desktops
- Experience in supporting enterprise printer/multifunction devices
