**About the Role**

Lead the Continuous Improvement partnership team within icare's Lifetime Schemes business unit, overseeing the identification of business improvement opportunities available through process re-engineering, technology or transformation and develop initiatives that deliver the best value proposition for icare.

**Duties**

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a **Continuous Improvement Lead** you will:

- Lead a high-performing team within Lifetime Schemes' Business Improvement function
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop, prioritise and implement the continuous improvement roadmap.
- Represent business requirements to technical delivery partners.
- Provide advice to senior stakeholders to enable effective decision making regarding investment in technology and transformation capabilities.
- Analyse and report on icare's performance and provide high level reporting to support planned initiatives.
- Provide independent and high-level advice and analysis to senior leaders on opportunities for process re-engineering.
- Facilitate transformation through the provision of well-researched analysis and information to the business and by ensuring that the requirements for change are clearly identified.
- Research, develop and implement clear and measurable programs of work that support and enhance the changes of the business.

**Skills & Experience**
- Good understanding of Business Partnering and continuous delivery.
- Relevant tertiary education, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical experience.
- Highly developed quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Good relationship management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A broad range of experience in business analysis, preferably within the Insurance/Financial services industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of long tail claims management.
- A broad knowledge of highly integrated technology solution
