Job Title: Continuous Improvement Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement. This will involve leading process improvement opportunities, developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and empowering change through education and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a tailored framework for process improvement across the organization
  • Lead and drive process improvement opportunities to enable and underpin continuous improvement (CI)
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to collaborate on CI initiatives
  • Empower change through education and training, leveraging innate leadership skills to influence and motivate others


Requirements:
  • Exceptional influencing skills with strong coaching, facilitation, change management, and project management experience
  • Proven experience in CI, Change Management, Project Management, Consulting or similar
  • Hands-on experience in transitioning from traditional processes to Lean/OpEx/CI
  • Sound understanding and experience of CI, PM & CM Concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues across the organization
