Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

Government & Defence provides specialised logistics expertise, including relocation services. We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.

A new opportunity for a Continuous Improvement & Data Manager to join our Government & Defence - Healthcare team, based from Marsden Park, Sydney.

As Continuous Improvement & Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our Device Technology (DT) Healthcare business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and facilitate improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiencies, identifying warehouse operational issues, and implementing waste reduction initiatives at the DT site.
- Identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for process, training, or work practice improvements based on your experience.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and proposing new ideas to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate closely with Device Technology to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach across both companies.
- Develop & provide data analytics to support both companies in identifying current state & work with operations management to deliver agreed KPI's.

To ensure your success you will possess:

- Knowledge of TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) Quality Systems regulations, PIC/S Code of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GWP (Good Warehouse Practices), GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and appropriate ISO standards specifically ISO9001& ISO13485
- Knowledge of SAP & Warehouse management Systems (WMS) e.g BlueYonder
- Prior experience as a Continuous Improvement/Process Engineer
- Intermediate/Advance MS Office - Excel knowledge and Power BI
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and/or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Background in Healthcare Logistics advantageous.
