**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role assists in identifying and implementing processes that contribute to the continuous improvement of company culture and workplace processes. Positions within continuous improvement are responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and development of actions that enhance the functionality, effectiveness, and time-efficient of a variety of sitewide systems, including customer service, business improvement, and within the company workshops.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE**:

- Comply to the company's project delivery framework and utilise recognised project methodologies to achieve desired outcomes and reporting as required.
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and recommendations within the allocated areas.
- Liaise with relevant management within the company.
- Liaise with the HSEQ advisor is crucial to ensure that all your documentation and processes adhere to government and organisational safety guidelines.
- Understanding the company's current processes to work towards higher-efficiency systems and processes according to set budgets, deadlines, and stakeholder/unit specifications.
- Document business processes and write detailed functional instructional documentation.
- Identification of and actioning of improvement initiatives.
