
Continuous Improvement Specialist

PharmaCare Laboratories is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Lean Coordinator. This position will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives across all departments, facilitating and sustaining 5S and visual management standards, and partnering with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of process flow, standard work, and problem-solving techniques, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Lean/CI software or ERP systems are also required.
In this role, you will lead initiatives such as 5S, visual management, problem-solving workshops, and process improvement projects. Your key areas of accountability include leading continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating and sustaining 5S and visual management standards, and partnering with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
- Facilitate and sustain 5S and visual management standards.
- Coordinate and run problem-solving workshops (e.g., Kaizen, root cause analysis).
- Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a continuous improvement, lean, or process-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience applying lean tools (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, visual management).
