**About the role**:
As an Admissions Support Officer at Monarch Institute, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Student Services teams to ensure a seamless and positive enrolment experience for all prospective students. You'll be working closely with various teams to assist with admissions-related tasks, maintain accurate student records, and help improve our processes to deliver the best outcomes for students. We are a growing team who need highly motivated individuals to help support admissions requirements and daily duties.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support the Sales and Student Services teams with course advice, eligibility checks, and funding options.
- Complete enrolments for all Sales team members across multiple platforms.
- Maintain accurate student communication records and ensure all conversations are detailed within Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Contact students to assist in the rectification and completion of enrolment records.
- Accurately complete second checks for the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Student Services team and Sales teams to identify improvements to current processes and systems.

**Required Skills**:

- Outstanding communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent support record, working within a high-volume enquiry driven environment.
- Adaptable and consultative style in dealing with a wide range of students.
- Thrives working in a high-performing, team focused environment.
- Proven experience working with a case management system or database i.e., Salesforce.
