Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, high-quality responses to client requests, queries, and complaints.
  • Provide admissions and RPL support through accurate and efficient administration.
  • Offer clear advice and referrals while building strong, positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Communicate key information clearly, ensuring messages are understood and meet audience needs.
  • Contribute proactively to a collaborative, inclusive team by showing initiative and embracing new ideas.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Experience in administration and related activities and services in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures
