Job Title: Admissions Officer
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and professional admissions officer to join our team.
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of resident admissions, ensuring a seamless transition into our care facility.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet new residents and their families in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in day
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition into our care facility
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff
- A calm and professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- The ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
