- 254600The ERP Administrator reports into the IT Manager and is primarily focused on supporting the BAAN ERP system used across the business. The ERP administrator will provide administrative control and support to internal clients and end users. Once established the role will also play a key part in assisting the project team in the transferring of business processes from BAAN ERP to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

**This is a Permanent full-time role based in the Wollongong area and must be currently living in/or near the area.**

**About you**:

- Experience in the analysis and developmental process of Computer Business systems within a commercial organisation. Knowledge of programming techniques, testing and implementation methods.
- Experience in Business System's functionality, inter relationships and relevance to the organisation. An understanding of process flows and expected outcomes.
- Experience in 4GL languages, BASIC, Cobol, C++ etc
- General knowledge and experience in Linux
- Basic knowledge and experience in SQL
- Experience in Electronic Messaging systems (EDI).
- High level computing skills and aptitude.
- High level organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines.
- Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Manufacturing industry background is preferred but not essential.
- Strong experience in Baan ERP.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central Administration.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central Business Functionality.
