Workforce Solutions
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate system configurations by interpreting EAs, Awards, and LOAs.
- Verify workforce management system configurations for correct payments and entitlements.
- Develop data-driven insights on labour costs through reporting requirements and dashboards.
- Support Industrial Relations with data analysis during EA negotiations.
- Document business requirements for system enhancements to improve employee experience.
- Create use case scenarios and user guides for workforce systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support site implementations.
Essential Skills & Experience
Must-Haves- Business process mapping and research expertise.
- Proven experience in system implementations, BRDs, and FRSs.
- Testing, UAT, and user training skills.
- API understanding and experience.
- Knowledge of modern awards and industrial instruments in relevant industries.
- Workforce management experience in relevant sectors.
- System administration knowledge of Workforce Management Systems.
- Proficiency with Microster, SQL, Sisense, and ERP systems.
Desirable Experience
Nice-to-Haves- Experience with TMS, Oracle, Connect, iChris, Jemini, and Deputy.
