Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Workforce Management Systems team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business analysis across workforce systems, ensuring seamless system configurations and providing expert advice on industrial relations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reviewing and interpreting enterprise agreements (EAs), awards, and letters of agreement (LOAs) to inform system configuration decisions.
  2. Auditing workforce management system configurations to ensure accurate payments and entitlements.
  3. Developing reporting requirements and dashboards to provide insights into labour costs.
  4. Supporting industrial relations through data analysis during EA negotiations.
  5. Documenting business requirements for system enhancements.
  6. Creating use case scenarios and user guides for workforce systems.
  7. Gathering requirements for new site implementations and system integrations.
  8. Improving rostering processes and employee experience.
  9. Identifying opportunities for business process improvements.
  10. Providing BA support to internal users.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Business process mapping and research skills.
  • Experience with system implementations, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional requirements specifications (FRSs).
  • Testing, UAT, and user training expertise.
  • API understanding and experience.
  • Knowledge of modern awards and industrial instruments in relevant industries.
  • Workforce management experience in relevant sectors.
  • System administration knowledge of Workforce Management Systems.
  • Proficiency with Microster, SQL, Sisense, and ERP systems.
