Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the primarily responsibility of this position is to assist with activities in the National Warehouse.

Provide logistics support to our branch network and maintain the integrity of TMHA's inventory supply chain pipeline.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Support the Warehouse Manager to enable efficient and economical utilization of TMHA facilities for storing and distributing equipment.
- Container and Truck loading/unloading as per LUEZ procedures.
- Efficiently supply units for branch PDI processing.
- Complete COR compliance documentation & provide support to manage transport contractors.
- Support the control of all inbound and outgoing freight transport movements, maintaining supplier services and relationships.
- Logistics administration including stock receipt and distribution of MHE including ERP data entry
- Data collation/cross check and investigate discrepancies.
- Control receipt processing, and despatch of all goods through national warehouse operations in line with stock control processing procedures.

**Experience**:

- ** LF/LO Forklift/Order Picker/Reach Truck license is (Forklift licence mandatory).**:

- Minimum of 2 years of warehousing experience in medium/large facility.
- Previous experience using ERP inventory management systems such as M3/SAP/AS400
- knowledge and understanding of COR compliance and Load Restraint
- Good knowledge of online freight tracking systems.
- Previous exposure to safety management systems and WHSE aspects of warehousing and logistic environments.
- EWP training (HRW or Yellow Card) (desirable)
- Certificate IV in WHS /Certificate IV in Warehousing (desirable)
