Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled inventory controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and robust inventories within ERP systems by conducting daily and monthly stock reconciliations, and maintaining correct records for inward goods.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to relate to all levels of management.

They will also have high attention to detail and a good understanding of business and site processes.

  • Conduct daily Administration processing procedures and complete established ERP system Inventory reports to maintain data integrity and Operation Excellence.
  • Complete inbound receival checking and verification per established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform Daily bagging checking and manual entry within ERP system, and lead monthly stocktakes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and robust inventories within ERP systems.
  • Participate in planned site meetings, adhering to OHS/WHS legislation and relevant HACCP requirements.
Requirements and Skills
  • Strong verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to relate to all levels of management.
  • High attention to detail and good understanding of business and site processes.
