Job Description
The role of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across the Asia Pacific region.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in inclusion and diversity, with a strong understanding of the importance of creating an inclusive culture within professional services. They will be passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Psychology, or Organizational Development, and be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 12 months' experience in inclusion and diversity
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, etc.)
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
