Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Our Belonging strategy is at the heart of our business. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of our Access and Inclusion Plan, driving positive change across the organization.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive disability programs
- Lead the refresh of resources and materials through expert analysis of best practices
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including program design, relationship building, and risk assessment. You will utilize your technical knowledge, data analysis skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply to drive meaningful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a focus on disability inclusion. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams.
