Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage our organization's efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing initiatives that support and advance our organization's diversity and inclusion strategy
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to foster an inclusive culture and promote diversity goals
- Designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and seminars to increase awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion issues
- Managing annual reporting requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Liaising with external stakeholders to build partnerships and advance diversity and inclusion objectives
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor's degree required, with additional qualifications such as HR, Psychology, or Law a plus
- Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
