About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Digital Identity Security Specialist
to join our team. This is a pivotal opportunity to drive digital transformation and implement cutting-edge security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
\
Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and mentor IAM engineers to lead contributions across IAM platforms, driving strategy for IAM modernisation.
\
Collaboration:
Align identity programs with business needs, liaising with various business functions including Architecture, Cyber, Compliance, Legal and Human Resources.
\
Identity Management:
Design and implement identity management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, and access control.
\
Access Control:
Develop and enforce access policies and procedures to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data and systems.
\
System Integration:
Integrate identity management solutions with various applications and systems to streamline access and enhance security.
\
Security Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management.
\
Incident Response:
Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and access control.
\
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management processes, policies, and configurations.
Requirements
\
We require someone with proven experience (7 years +) in implementing and managing IAM Solutions including Oracle IAM stack, SailPoint, OKTA, and Entra ID.
\
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
\
Experience with Radiator and Microsoft Network Policy Server.
\
In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control.
\
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID.
