The role of an Identity and Access Specialist - Active Directory is crucial in ensuring the secure operation, maintenance, monitoring and management of digital identity and access services. To achieve this, the specialist will work closely with a team to innovate and meet the challenges of our growing cities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering digital identity and access services
  • Collaborating with external service providers to operate and implement identity and access systems and services
  • Delivering information and maintaining identity and access service reports and processes

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Tertiary degree qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Technical expertise in complex Active Directory environments, ADFS, Azure Active Directory / Entra and Microsoft Identity Manager

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, a strong team focus and dedication to customer service.
