Role Overview

As a PAM Security professional, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to clients for developing strategies and technical roadmaps for digital identity solutions. You will lead architecture and design workshops, have hands-on experience, and be able to lead a team of specialists implementing, configuring, and integrating identity suite products as well as managing operations support for large PAM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to privileged access management.
  • Assess clients' existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities for digital identity integration.
  • Design and architect PAM solutions tailored to meet clients' requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for successful implementation, configuration, and customization of PAM products.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to educate them on PAM functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in PAM architecture, consulting, identity and access governance, and privileged access management.
  • Specialized knowledge of PAM products like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, EntraID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
  • Proven client-facing experience as a PAM security professional.
  • Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and identity federation technologies.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, 12+ years of experience in PAM architecture, and specialized knowledge of PAM products.
