Identity Expert Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires expertise in digital identity and security.

We're looking for an individual with 6+ years of experience in the field of identity, authentication, or cybersecurity to lead our team in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and biometric technologies.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, combining technical expertise with business insight to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on digital identity, biometric authentication, and proofing.
  • Provide guidance on compliance frameworks (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS, FIDO).
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions.
  • Deliver demos and lead technical responses for RFPs/POCs.
  • Translate customer needs/business requirements into secure solution architectures.
  • Support implementation and integration alongside Customer Success Managers.
  • Maximise platform adoption and business outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Design secure, scalable solutions using industry-leading tools.
  • Provide best-practice guidance and feed insights into product roadmap planning.
  • Enable internal teams through training and represent the company at industry events.
