About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Identity Security Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal opportunity to drive digital transformation and implement cutting-edge security solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • \
  • Strategy and Leadership: Develop and mentor IAM engineers to lead contributions across IAM platforms, driving strategy for IAM modernisation.\
  • Collaboration: Align identity programs with business needs, liaising with various business functions including Architecture, Cyber, Compliance, Legal and Human Resources.\
  • Identity Management: Design and implement identity management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, and access control.\
  • Access Control: Develop and enforce access policies and procedures to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data and systems.\
  • System Integration: Integrate identity management solutions with various applications and systems to streamline access and enhance security.\
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management.\
  • Incident Response: Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and access control.\
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management processes, policies, and configurations.

Requirements

  • We require someone with proven experience (7 years +) in implementing and managing IAM Solutions including Oracle IAM stack, SailPoint, OKTA, and Entra ID.\
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.\
  • Experience with Radiator and Microsoft Network Policy Server.\
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control.\
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID.
