As an Identity Solutions Lead/Business Consultant, you will play a key role in securing customer identities across every channel—web, mobile, contact centre, and in-person.

\

Our solutions ensure identities are accurately verified, securely protected, and easily recovered.

\

By securing every trust point across the customer lifecycle, we mitigate fraud, reduce friction, and support regulatory compliance—helping businesses deliver seamless customer experiences, increase satisfaction, and reduce costs.

\

This is a customer-facing subject matter expert (SME) role that bridges technical depth with business value, supporting both Sales and Customer Success functions to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions and help drive adoption of biometric and authentication technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on digital identity, biometric authentication, and proofing.\
  • Advise on compliance frameworks (GDPR, PSD2).\
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions.\
  • Deliver demos and lead technical responses for RFPs/POCs.\
  • Translate customer needs/business requirements into secure solution architectures.\
  • Support implementation and integration alongside Customer Success Managers.\
  • Maximise platform adoption and business outcomes for customers.\
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and enhancements.\

About This Role:

We seek an experienced professional with strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth) and biometric technologies.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS platforms and enterprise client engagement, excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders, and a solid background in software and systems integration.

What You'll Need:
