Job Summary:
This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a new human resources information system, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to drive business success.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the project from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with stakeholders in HR and IT departments.
Collaborate with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
Review and refine system configurations to align with business needs.
Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
Serve as the main point of contact for all system-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to end users.
Maintain and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
Contribute to changing management initiatives, including the creation of training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure seamless system usage.
The successful candidate will be a proactive member of the HR team, responsible for optimising and implementing the HRIS to support the company's broader business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of core HR processes and employment legislation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
