Job Overview

A key member of our HR team is required to lead the implementation of a new HRIS system, SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management from initiation to completion, liaising with stakeholders in HR, IT, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and coordination of all aspects of the implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaboration with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
  • Optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Review and refinement of system configurations.
  • Coordination and execution of system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Support for data validation efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system information.
  • Main point of contact for system-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to end users.
  • Maintenance and update of user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Contribution to changing management initiatives, including creation of training materials.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of post-launch issues to ensure seamless system usage.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and basic knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, explaining technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
