Senior HR Functional Specialist Role

In this challenging role, you will collaborate with clients to implement effective HR and payroll solutions. To excel in this position, you will require extensive knowledge of multiple software systems, including Workday.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and tailor the solution accordingly
  • Support clients in testing the implemented solution
  • Work closely with the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions
  • Mentor and share expertise with fellow consultants to enhance product knowledge
  • Collaborate with other consultants and product experts to address customer challenges and streamline deployment processes

About You:

  • Possess 5+ years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions or systems
  • Recent experience working in Australian Industry HR & Payroll
  • Previous consulting experience (professional services or internal)
  • Familiarity with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
