
Workforce Team Leader

Supported by and reporting to the Workforce Manager Residential, you will be passionate about supporting Care Workers to be their best therefore enabling our customers to live a Good Life. You will oversee responsibility for the operational management and supervision of the Care Worker staff within the Residential Care Home, West Park on a part time basis (0.5 FTE).
**What you'll do**:
- Mentor, nurture, coach and inspire Care Workers
- Team training, constructive feedback and development initiatives
- Support the recruitment, induction and onboarding process
- Drive a customer centric approach
- Positively contribute to the financial performance and strategic direction
- Drive continuous improvement using workforce/customer feedback and forums
- Ensure services are provided in line with the aged care standards
- Contribute to accreditation processes
**You will need**:
- Demonstrated commitment to ACH Group's good lives philosophy
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers and direct reports
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience building a team to deliver high quality customer service
- Workforce planning and management experience
- Experience in complaint resolution
- Computer literacy and skills to use a range of databases and capacity to learn software systems quickly
**It would be helpful if you had**:
- Studying towards Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or a similar business discipline and / or demonstrated experience in a similar role within a large organisation
