**About the role**
Reporting to the Workforce Strategy Manager (WSM), the Workforce Development Team Leader is responsible for
managing the operational delivery of the Workforce Development Programs for the organisation. The role will work
closely with the Workforce Strategy Manager to manage operational aspects of Gidget Foundation Australia's (GFA)
high quality Workforce Development Programs. The role will also provide clinical advice and consultation internally
and externally, as required.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage and coordinate operational delivery of the Workforce Development Programs.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes for ongoing Workforce Development cohorts.
- Contribute to the development of educational content for relevant programs and oversee clinical content
provided by Supervisors.
- Develop policies, procedures, and processes to support the delivery of high-quality education and training.
- Provide reports to WSM on performance, funding and other operational activities, as required.
- Manage program feedback and evaluation, including survey development, distribution and collation.
- Manage Supervisor engagement.
- Monitor and strengthen trainee engagement.
- Contribute to and engage in the Supervisor Community of Practice.
- Manage tertiary partnerships.
- Support GFA's presence at conferences and events through professional contributions to presentations, papers
and speaking opportunities.
**Essential Criteria
**- Tertiary qualifications in psychology or social work.
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Psychologist, or eligibility for membership of the AASW.
- Recent experience in perinatal mental health service delivery.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Previous experience in the development and delivery of professional education and training.
- Demonstrated initiative and an ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Terms of Employment**
This position is part-time, 4 days per week. It will initially be contracted till June 2026, aligned to Grant Funding, with
the possibility of extension. This position can be based at our Head Office in North Sydney, with some opportunity to
