The Director of Strategic Workforce Planning role is pivotal in ResMed's strategy. Our people are the foundation, and we partner with leaders to attract high-performing talent.
We seek a visionary leader to develop a data-driven capability across our global organization. This role will align talent strategies with business forecasts, ensuring the right people in the right roles at the right time.
This opportunity allows you to shape a new capability that has not yet been developed at ResMed. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders to drive productivity and workforce agility.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning Leadership:
- Design and globally implement a SWP framework aligned to enterprise strategy, financial planning, and AOP cycles.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable workforce levers (build, buy, borrow, bot).
- Institutionalize workforce planning as a core business capability through playbooks and planning routines.
- Integrated Capability & Ecosystem Planning:
- Build skills-based workforce plans using capability models and upskilling strategies.
