We're looking for someone fantastic to join our innovative team. You will be working closely with Technology, Design and our European Product teams you will help drive Customer Experience across multiple platforms and help define the future strategy. You will use your passion for product to continuously bring strategic and tactical enhancements to our award-winning product.

This role is pivotal to the success of delivering the best Entertainment platform, owning some of our most popular features and leading on a pivotal initiative.

Team Overview:
Product Management

Our Product Management team works closely with our design, delivery and business teams to create an unforgettable experience. From streaming products like NOW, to providing smart entertainment products like Sky Glass and Sky Go, and creating unforgettable Connected Living experiences, we're the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love.

What you'll do- Act as a product evangelist for the Browse Level Aggregation and UI Automation team who work hard to make it easy for customers to discover and watch content they love- Bring together platforms, capabilities and merchandising to provide great experiences for our customers across all platforms- Use data and insight to drive measurable improvements to customer experience.- Identify new customer initiatives and take these through the discovery, definition and delivery process.- Engage with engineering teams across Sky and Comcast on technical strategy and implementation decisions, ensuring focus on Customer and Business outcomes- Gain an in-depth understanding of how the products are performing using data and customer insight and communicate this to collaborators on a regular basis to drive positive change.

What you'll bring- Experience working in a complex and fast paced matrixed business environment- A dedication to excellence, attention to detail and enthusiasm to deliver results.- Strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences.- A skill for identifying and solving customer problems, with experience in delivering outstanding product experience- The highly developed ability to step up and own of any situation without being prompted.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence colleagues and partners to drive collaboration and alignment.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
