What you'll do

As a Product Lead in this team, your goal is simple, to ensure Sky Glass delivers the best possible experience for our customers. You will lead the experience of the TV hardware itself to ensure Sky Glass looks the best, sounds the best, and is simple to use. You will also:
- Be passionate about continually challenging and improving our product experience and pushing the boundaries of premier product design.- Own the objectives, roadmap, prioritisation, and key results for your area- Conduct data and research to understand the insights that truly underpin the core customer needs and translate these into simple, intuitive journeys that create effortless customer experiences.- Collaborate with other key business areas including insight, industrial design, UX, hardware engineering, marketing, technology, and delivery teams to manage the product lifecycle from idea to delivery.- Understand competing products and the needs of our customers in an exciting and dynamic market.

What you'll bring- A passion for, and keen interest in technology, consumer electronics and the entertainment industry- A proven track record in delivering and leading complex products, preferably in an area that includes consumer technology.- A love for problem solving and making the complex, simple.- A demonstrable ability to collaborate and influence multiple partners, gaining alignment from definition to delivery.- A proven ability to use data and insight to inform product strategy and customer experience.

From streaming products like NOW, to providing smart entertainment products like Sky Glass and Sky Go, and creating unforgettable Connected Living experiences, we're the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love.

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
