- Head of Group Digital Product, Partnerships & Growth._

What you'll do:
- Manage the portfolio of all our billing partnerships within the Group Digital Transformation team, which includes major telcos across Europe, large app store players and other technology providers.- Lead a team of individuals who are responsible for onboarding new partners to the Group OTT platform and liaising with partners on some of our key business transformation initiatives and to deliver major commercial promotional activities.- Act as the key point of contact for our leaderships team for all our Digital Partnerships, taking on a lead delivery role on key strategic programmes and being the main interface point for our local markets and external partners.- Identify, assess and support new partnerships opportunities contributing to innovation and growth strategy across our OTT businesses - the identification of business models, innovation opportunities, strategic alignment and go to market plans.- Manage the partner roadmap, ensuring that the commercial priorities are aligned to capacity across all teams.- Support the Product team that you will sit alongside, supporting with prioritisation and strategy based on partner feedback, managing product activities for in-life partners and ensuring that new capabilities are rolled out to partners effectively.

What you'll bring:
- Good balance of product, technical and project management skills; including the ability to manage external vendors, basic understanding of back-end technology, ability to define and manage requirements, run workshops and design and govern processes.- Previous experience in account or project management strongly desired.- Great communication skills and the confidence to lead discussion in forums with a mix of internal and external stakeholders of different levels.- Previous work experience in media and telecommunications - desired not mandatory.- Line management experience - desired not mandatory.- The drive to get things done and make a difference, and the calmness to ensure we keep focused on the bigger picture when things are challenging.

The role is full-time based on our Osterley campus, which is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There's also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers if you prefer to drive/cycle
