Events Coordinator Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team. As the key point of contact for events, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead event planning and coordination from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of all events over 12 guests.
Build strong relationships with internal and external clients throughout event planning and delivery.
Maximize revenue from external events by upselling venue services and cross-selling property offerings.
Manage complimentary events efficiently, controlling costs while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
