Celebrating Life's Moments: Corporate Event Specialist

We are seeking an experienced event professional to bring our clients' visions to life.
As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in coordinating and planning multi-faceted corporate events, conducting site inspections, ensuring event details are communicated to stakeholders, and liaising with necessary parties to maintain the venue's iconic reputation.
Led by our Venue Manager, you will be immersed in a culture of maximising client satisfaction, operational excellence, and driving revenue through upsell and value add propositions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan corporate events
- Conduct site inspections and communicate event details to stakeholders
- Liaise with necessary parties to maintain the venue's reputation
- Work closely with the Venue Manager to drive revenue and exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in a similar role within the venue event management
- Highly organised with impeccable time management skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and administration acumen in event documentation delivery
- Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitors
- Event Management qualifications highly regarded
- Computer literacy in MS office and familiarity with events management software desired
The salary is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
