Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to support our team in delivering exceptional corporate events across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 year's work experience in a Corporate Events Agency, Travel Management Company or a logistics/administration role. They will be customer-centric, hospitality-focused, and possess an inquisitive mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute small meetings, advisory boards, and speaker tours in virtual, hybrid, and live event formats
  • Develop Critical Path and build registration sites using EventsAIR
  • Manage delegate management and communication, including travel management, supplier and venue research, and budget management
  • Develop WIP meeting agendas, run WIP meetings, and create meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Event Managers, Account Manager, and Operations Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a Corporate Events Agency, Travel Management Company, or logistics/administration role
  • Inquisitive mindset with ability to see big picture and action tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and results-driven with good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in EventsAir and proficient in Microsoft suite
