Job Summary
The Production Coordinator is a pivotal role within our events agency, focused on delivering exceptional corporate events in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the production timeline and on-site schedules.
- Sourcing various suppliers to meet event requirements.
- Manage crew travel and accommodation logistics.
- Design and coordinate briefing materials.
- Support venue and council approval processes.
- Ensure timely distribution of technical information to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with Purchase Order creation and project finance support.
- Coordinate Sponsorship/Exhibition management activities.
- Oversee Exhibitor/Product Deliveries on-site.
- Support producers during on-site operations.
- Contribute to the technical and logistical success of events.
- Facilitate crew registration, transfers, accommodation, and F&B arrangements.
- Collaborate with the build producer for dismantle and bump-out procedures where required.
- Support storage inventory management.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Event Coordinator or Production Coordinator in an events agency, seeking career advancement.
- Desirable: Experience producing corporate events.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
- Understanding of event registration systems.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
- Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for events when necessary.
- Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
