**Your New Role**

We are looking for a motivated coordinator who loves problem solving and is interested in taking their skills to a new environment. This is a role that is about more than just scheduling, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are receiving the right support at the right time provided by people who care, to assist them to remain living in their own homes.

**Responsibilities**

We are looking for people who are energetic and display real commitment to excellent client outcomes. You need to be enthusiastic about joining a team of like minded people who understand that every client deserves to receive excellent support.

You will need to have a love of problem solving and a commitment to achieving goals. You have the ability to deal with multiple issues and keep all the balls in the air while prioritising the most important tasks.

Coordinating care is not an individual pursuit, it is a team sport. Sometimes you will need assistance, sometimes you will need to assist others. Practical people who have a high level of empathy thrive in this role.
