**Your opportunity**

Westfield Direct is our new marketplace that launched in September 2021. Our customers can shop the best of Westfield, wherever they are - either pick up at their local centre or delivery to their home. The Support Analyst role will coordinate operational activities essential for the positive experience of a Retailer on Westfield Direct, through onboarding, ongoing support, and promotional activities. The team is relatively new and has seen rapid growth within the last ten months. This role will give you the experience and exposure to build your personal brand and career within the business.

**Core responsibilities include**:
Reporting to the Seller Experience Manager, the Support Analyst will be required to:

- Facilitate onboarding new sellers onto Westfield Direct Marketplace working with the integration team
- Triage, investigate and resolve support requests that have been raised by Retailers
- Support and schedule campaign promotions for Retailers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders achieve delivery timeframes and escalate where necessary
- Perform operational activities essential for the positive experience for a Retailer on Westfield Direct
- Maintain and enrich support materials and processes
