The Role
You will drive strategic insights, taking ownership of key analytical projects. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that inform business-critical decisions across multiple teams and functions.
You will optimise data architecture, enhancing our central data model for us globally. You will collaborate with our analytics team in different locations to ensure scalability and consistency that drives decision-making at local and global levels.
You will empower data-driven decisions, elevating reporting and dashboard capabilities. You will establish a single source of truth for critical metrics and enable teams with self-service tools to access and apply data.
You will monitor performance and influence growth, tracking and analysing key initiatives. You will identify trends and uncover growth opportunities that drive business-wide impact, from acquisition to retention and beyond.
About You
You have 2-5 years of experience as a data analyst. You have created and owned end-to-end data products in consumer organisations.
You have advanced analytical thinking and tool proficiency, being an expert in SQL, Python, and Sheets. You focus on uncovering drivers of business performance and shaping data-informed strategy.
Ambiguity and a fast-paced environment excite you. Your curiosity drives you to ask 'why?' to get to the next level of understanding; you can do this work at speed.
You see more than the data. You have strong business and commercial acumen, and you translate analysis into the right actions for decisions at hand.
