PERSOLKELLY is currently seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to work within their largest team, based in Burswood. The role will involve working alongside our recruitment consultants placing temporary employees within different roles for a number of clients across WA. Your role will be to take responsibility of onboarding our onsite employees from booking medicals, activating their registrations and setting up payment details.

We are currently seeking an Oboarding Coordinator to work within our largest team, based in Burswood.The role will involve working alongside our consultant placing temporary employees within different roles for a number of clients across WA. Your role will be to take responsibility of onboarding our onsite employees from booking medicals, activating their registrations and setting up payment details.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Ensuring each new employee has completed the PERSOLKELLY registration via our company App
- Order and organise PPE for our new and existing employees
- Ensure all employees details are loaded into our internal database
- Book medicals and inductions
- Book flights and other pre-mobilisation requirements
- Ensure all employees have complied with the company HSE requirements
- Manage employee data and ensure all is up to date
- Ensure all employee tickets and licences are within date

Experience required:

- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Organisational skills and will be able to cope well under pressure
- The ability to follow and understand different processes
- Intermediate computer skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment capacity
