Onboarding & Mobilisation Coordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting recruitment operations? Civeo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding processes and providing top-tier partnership to our Talent Acquisition team and new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new starters

Manage pre-employment documentation

Maintain accurate candidate records

Liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Coordinate medical bookings, VEVO checks, and induction scheduling.

Manage shared mailboxes

Create Pos and action invoicing accordingly

Facilitate Client induction and onboarding requirements

Manage Uniform ordering processes

Liaise with TA team & Operations in relation to start dates, flight bookings and other pertinent information

Skills and experience:

Experience in administration, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment or HR environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with systems like SAMS, INX, or online induction portals (desirable).

Certificate-level qualification in Business, Administration, or HR (desirable)

Strong adherence to process and compliance requirements
