- Workflow NPI Travel - Desired
- Microsoft Package - Essential
- Previous mobilisation experience will be highly regarded
- Site mobilisation experience advantageous
- Strong computer skills specifically
- A desire to be apart of a successful team
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Managing qualifications, inductions, and training coordination
- Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skill
