Little bit about the role
As Program Manager, you will:
Lead a team of Specialist Family Violence Practitioners to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed case management to victim survivors.
Maintain strong partnerships with local, regional, and statewide family violence networks.
Ensure compliance with Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM), the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) and all other relevant frameworks and guidelines.
Participate in an after-hours on-call roster to support crisis response.
Drive service improvement, staff mentoring, and strategic leadership.
About You
Minimum 5 years of leadership and management experience in family violence services.
A degree in Social Work, Counselling, or equivalent (as per Victorian mandatory qualifications).
Strong ability to manage crisis services, support team development, and navigate complex client needs.
Expertise in risk assessment, trauma-informed practice, and family violence frameworks.
High-level stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills.
A valid Victorian Driver Licence, Working with Children Check, and satisfactory police check.
